If you are a school leaver who is looking for a career in the early years sector, our level 2 Children and Young People’s Workforce apprenticeship could be just what you’re looking for!

It offers valuable on-the-job training that will form a solid foundation for a career within Gateway.

Successful applicants will be employed by Gateway as a trainee Early Years Practitioner, moving into an Assistant Early Years Educator position upon completion of their apprenticeship. When you are ready the opportunity to progress onto the level 3 Children and Young Peoples’ apprenticeship. Completion of this will enable you to apply for a Qualified Early Years Practitioner post.
